1Aucun portrait du roi Vahram III n’est connu ; en revanche, il figure comme prince héritier sur une émission monétaire de Wahram II frappé dans l’atelier de Sakastan où il porte un kulāf à tête de lion ailé, et, comme L’A. nous montre, sur le relief de Vahram II à Naqš-e Rostam.
